is getting excited about the use of audio / video on the internet - so
I thought I would give you a quick heads-up on my background so
you don't think I'm jumping on the
Bandwagon.
I
was a pro musician in the sixties & early seventies. My first major
hands-on project was my recording studio. The conversion of 1800sqft
commercial building into 2 studios - a 24 track music studio where I
produced over 200 records for many acts & a smaller commercial
voiceover studio where I produced radio commercials & provided
audio post production services. I also designed, built &
commercially operated the 1st in-mall radio station in Manchester -
Arndale Radio. I wrote, directed & filmed commercial sales films to
let the mall property & ran all promotions & events for 8
shopping malls. I was also an Information Provider in 1982 for BT with
the worlds first electronic magazine.
My
videography shows I've written, directed, edited & produced over 50
films / ads / commercials.
Truth
is I've Been IN the Bandwagon For 30 Years Waiting to Drive You
to the Gig!
In
1988 I organised the 1st International Leisure & Retail Conference
& went on to organise many more & have spoken at conferences in
UK, Kuala Lumpur- Malaysia, Singapore, Jakarta- Indonesia & Manilla
- Philippines.
I
hand-held Malaysian Shopping Mall developers from concept to opening
including the market research, setting of rents, tenancy negotiations,
management & successful marketing launches.
As an International
Business Consultant and Conference Organiser in the UK & the Far
East, I've worked as Head of Marketing for P&O Shopping Centres. I've also advised
The Walt Disney Company and IKEA in Malaysia.I have organised many events in UK &
